We have just returned from a 2-week stay at Turtles Reach and we absolutely loved it! Turtles Reach is a 3-story, 4-bedroom villa and is part of the Mullins Bay complex, which is a gated and secure development (something that is very important to me).This home has a great ambiance and is beautifully appointed with great furniture, comfy beds and a kitchen that is equipped with every appliance needed. The location of Turtles Reach is optimal, and we loved the proximity to Mullins Beach (approx. one minute walk) and the fact that the location is a short drive to both Holetown and Speightstown. Both Sue (the owner) and Stephanie (the property manager) are extremely responsive and were so helpful with every detail, both during the rental process and during our stay. I have absolutely no complaints about anything at Turtles Reach, and I was sad having to leave. I am hoping to return next year.

This home lives up to the reviews. The upstairs bedrooms are large and airy and the outdoor living area is fantastic. The house is well kept, tidy, and luxurious. The concierge staff and the housekeeper are kind, accommodating, and attentive. The location across from Mullins is also very convenient. Perfect for an upscale but casual family vacation.

We have just come back from a family holiday in Barbados and stayed at Turtles Reach. It was outstanding in every way possibly, everything had been thought of and provided throughout the house, the housekeeper was delightful and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, just a stones throw from the beach and the private facilities at Mullins made visiting the beach with a young family far less stressful. I would highly recommend to both families with and without children. We will certainly be coming back.

Turtles reach is a fantastic townhouse which is extremely comfortable and a real home from home. Furnishings and appliances are all first class. Kitchen is probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! Location is superb. Mullins beach is literally 2 mins walk away and is idyllic. Sea is crystal clear and a really safe area for the kids to swim. The booking process was seamless from the outset. Communication with owner and property manager was first class. They couldn’t do enough to help out. We definitely want to return next year with friends and family in tow.

Turtles Reach is a wonderful villa and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Turtles Reach and Sue as a host. We were looked after by Kathereen Sue’s housekeeper who was very efficient and professional in her work, as well as friendly and informative. She shared her cooking tips with us and was a joy to have around the house during the day, nothing was to much trouble. Being so close to the beach and having the use of beds and towels there was a great benefit. Thank you Sue for the use of your wonderful holiday home.

Our stay was truly magical. We had an amazing time and have absolutely no complaints about anything. Shelly was a pleasure to work with, extremely helpful and very pleasant. Stephanie at the management office was on point with everything and available for questions or to help out any time. The house is great and so well appointed. We had anything and everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we used the outdoor grill every day. We made use of the pools daily and the beach was great too. We especially enjoyed the walk through the gardens and impeccably maintained roads. We had stayed at one of the large hotel chains in Bridgetown for the past three years and honestly there’s no comparison. Our stay at Turtles Reach was beyond our expectations. All I can say, is keep up the good work and expect to hear back from us around the same time next year!

ue’s place was absolutely fabulous – it was just a 2 minute walk to the beach (and a beautiful walk at that!), there were incredible restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk (Mullins and Bombas specifically), the house was gorgeous & spacious, and the management staff went above and beyond. If we ever come back to Barbados (which we almost certainly will!), we’re hoping to return to Sue’s.
